Delivery Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $150 AUD.

  • Orders under the free shipping threshold will incur a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–14 business days after dispatch.

  • Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Australia Post eParcel or other reliable courier services.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a restocking or re-shipping fee (e.g., $10 AUD) may apply.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.



Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and boxes must be included.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back following the provided instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior approval.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind / size exchange: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Faulty or incorrect items: If the product is defective or incorrectly supplied, we will provide a return label or cover return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or item:

  • Contact us to confirm availability.

  • Exchange shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty.


Holiday Extended Returns

For purchases made during designated holiday periods (e.g., mid-December), extended return deadlines may apply.
Please check our website announcements for updated seasonal return policies.


Important Notes

  • Returned items that do not meet our policy conditions may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning items, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
