PRODUCT CARE
For light cleaning, use a dedicated suede brush to restore the nap. If they get wet, air-dry them naturally in the shade away from direct heat. We highly recommend using a water and stain protector spray periodically to significantly extend the life of your sheepskin boots.
To preserve the shape and natural softness of the premium sheepskin, we strongly advise against machine washing. For the best results, use a specialized sheepskin cleaner or spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild wool detergent.
SIZING & FIT
UGG boots should feel firm and snug when first worn, as the wool will compress and the suede will stretch slightly to contour to your feet over time. We recommend checking our Size Guide for specific measurements.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and original packaging included. Please note that return shipping costs for "change of mind" are the responsibility of the customer.
